C's 1st Birthday- Owl Style

Ok, so here is some practicing to help prepare for the picture explosion about to happen.  Here is a little glimpse into C's owl birthday party that I planned last year.  So, I made chocolate marshmallow owls, my sister-in-law made a gorgeous cake, custom M&M's, and wonderful decorations.  Etsy helped me out to get her banner and tutu set, which she looked adorable in I might add.  :) I cannot wait to share with you the surprises for this year.  :)This year will be so much better.  Enjoy the pictures!

Crafty on Break

So I have decided this Spring Break to start really getting crafty.  I feel that I am very creative in my 5th grade classroom and it is time to start bringing this creativity to my life at home.  

Funny, I was inspired by a dress that I bought for my daughter, C.  One look at a strawberry and the ideas started flowing! Her 2nd birthday is going to be strawberry themed, which has been fun and exciting to start planning for.  

The Cricut machine has been purchased and I am off and running to plan some amazing things for her party.  I can't wait to show them all off.
